At Still Dynamics our Patients and staffs health and well-being continues to be our top priority. We have taken many measures to ensure that we have a safe and worry free return to the office. We are extremely excited to be re-opening our doors to our valued patients.

In an effort to protect our community, we will be asking you for your cooperation as we take the following precautions:

1. Please DO NOT visit the clinic if you:
1. Are sick with upper respiratory symptoms, including a runny nose, sore throat, cough, difficulty breathing and/or a fever. Please stay at home, self-isolate, drink fluids and rest. We will be very happy to see you when you return to health.
2. Are self-monitoring after a potential exposure.
3. Have travelled internationally in the past 14 days.
4. If you have any questions about whether you should reschedule your appointment because of illness or recent travel, please contact our office and we will help guide you. (905) 464-5257 orinfo@stilldynamics.caIf you are experiencing severe symptoms, such as trouble breathing, please go to your closest emergency room immediately.
2. We will be asking all patients a series ofscreening questionsrelated to recent illnesses. If you do visit the clinic with symptoms of an illness, you will be asked to return home or receive medical attention, we will reschedule once you return to health.
3. We ask and appreciate that all patients entering the Clinic wear a mask or shield, and maintain a social distance from other patients in the office.
4. Please feel free to bring a spare pair of clothes to change into, if you would like to bag and wash the ones used for treatment. Make sure it is a button up so that you do not have to pull it over your face.
5. Additional stepsthat we will be taking in order to lower the risk of infection include: disinfecting surfaces more frequently including tables, doorknobs, chairs and other surfaces; making more bottles of hand sanitizer available for all patients upon entering and leaving the clinic. Using Medical Grade UV germicidal lamps on our clothes and surfaces post treatment to eliminate 100% of any germs, bacteria or virus.
