Enzyme Therapy
Enzyme therapy enhances optimal skin function by working with internal systems to increase circulation, oxygenation, and lymphatic drainage. Reverse Osmosis flushes through the cells, helping to clear toxins and free radicals while stimulating collagen productions, and restoring structural integrity back to the skin. HOW DOES DMK ENZYME THERAPY WORK?
DMK Enzyme Therapy treatments act on three very important systems of the body:
1. The Facial Muscles
The enzyme treatment stimulates the facial muscles and enables them to become stronger, providing a more youthful appearance. The tightening action of the enzyme treatment has the effect of actually exercising the facial muscles. This tones and tightens the facial muscles without having to physically exercise them yourself. The result is firmer, smoother, tighter skin.
2. The Blood Vessels of Your Skin
Your skin is dependent on a rich supply of blood and healthy, properly functioning blood vessels to transport the blood to the skin cells. Your face, in particular, has many blood vessels. DMK Enzyme Treatments act on the blood vessels by causing them to become dilated which allows a greater supply of oxygen-rich blood to flow to the skin in order to nourish it.
3. The Lymphatic System
The backflushing action of the Enzyme treatments remove impurities and stimulate the lymphatic system. The lymphatic system of the body is the filtering system for the blood. The lymphatic system consists of a network of lymph nodes, lymph and lymph vessels found in various regions throughout the body including the face and neck.
Specially formulated enzymes act on the lymph nodes to encourage a drainage effect. The lymph drainage action is felt by the client as the tightening and pulsating of the enzyme masque. As the blood vessels and lymph nodes respond to the actions induced by the enzyme treatment, the Plasmatic Effect is produced. You can visually see the capillaries opening up, pumping more blood, oxygen & nutrients into the skin, as well as carrying away impurities. Real Oxygen Therapy from the inside out!
WHAT IS TRANSEPIDERMAL?
All DMK nourishing creams are transepidermal, meaning the products penetrate into the voids of the skin where the nutrients can be stored. The cells can then uptake these nutrients as needed.
WHY DO ENZYMES WORK?
Excessive dead cell build-up and poor skin function contribute to wrinkles, fine lines, premature ageing, pigmentation, blackheads and breakouts. Enzymes are nature’s biological catalyst and work by:

Fire & Ice Full Spectrum Exfoliation Enzyme Therapy
Full Spectrum Exfoliation uses Quick Peel and Cryo Pro-X to deeply resurface the skin without damaging the microbiome.
DMK’s classic Quick Peel formula is instrumental in pre-empting reverse osmosis from
the Enzyme Masque, using pseudo heat and capillary dilation to create its –
flushing action. Cryotherapy has long been used to calm irritated, inflamed skin
conditions. This especially applies to edemas (formed from excess fluids in the skin) and
unbalanced intercellular fluids (i.e., swollen or puffy eyes, excess fluids descending into
the lower cheeks and neck area). Cryo Pro X is a gel that utilizes thermal homeostasis to exfoliate. Dead cells freeze, fracture, and fall away when exposed to polylactic and glycolic acid in cold temperatures. This process removes the top layer of dead skin cells while protecting the healthy living cells beneath.

Pre-Exfoliation Explained
DMK Enzyme Therapy with a customized pre-exfoliation incorporating one of the following: Pro Alpha #1, Prozyme or Quick Peel. An advanced skin treatment that is specifically designed for acne, congested skin, premature ageing, wrinkles, fine lines and pigmentation.
Pro Alpha #1 – Designed to hydrolyse dead cell material. drawing water up to the surface, dislodging and pushing sebum plugs to the surface, and increasing dermal hydration.
Prozyme – An enzymatic exfoliation formula designed to remove the accumulation of old, redundant dead cell material, and pigmentation.
Quick Peel – Hydrolyses superficial dead cell build up with lactic acid suspended in a methylcellulose base. Rubefactants in the formula creates a pseudo heat to flush out surface toxins, and dilate capillaries. (Ideal treatment for strengthening capillary walls in conditions such as, rosacea.)
Muscles Banding – Non-Surgical Facelift
This treatment is designed to lift and tighten tired, sagging skin. DMK Muscle banding uses a combination of two different Enzyme masques applied in a banding technique producing a deep contraction and stimulation of the facial muscles, to increase collagen production, and to tone the face and neck.
